 I love the new hostess stamp set: Because I Care.

Stamps: Because I care
Paper: Whisper white, Early Espresso, Cherry Cobbler
Ink: Cherry Cobbler, Pear Pizzazz, Early Espresso

I stamped the second layer (brown) with the same color ink with the smallest flower from the set. Made my own background paper. It does not show well in the photo but it looks good up close. I hope you enjoy the card and come back to visit me soon.

My share today is the birthday cards I made for my two foster grand daughters. One is turning 4 and the other is turning 6. They are having a pool party today and I thought they would like a card like this. I got the pattern for this in a swap here on VCRocks. It was made by Sunny Skye DeWeez. Hers had the foot pattern on the outside. I placed mine on the inside.

The outside of my envelope. I used a legal size which fits the flip flop card perfectly. I stamped all over it because it will be hand delivered.

Butterfly Birthday

I cased this card from fellow Stampin Up demo Wanda Cleveland
 I think it is an elegant birthday card.
She stamped hers on vellum & embossed with black embossing powder. I wish I had done that also. Maybe for the next one I will.

MIA again

Hello, I have been away for a week at the lake! I had lots of fun with my family, especially the grand kids.  we rent a lofg cabin for the week and take a tent, the pontoon boat and the jet ski and lots of food. We fish, swim, explore and ride on the lake almost all day. I have the two best daughter in laws in all the world. They cooked and let me play with the kids. I had as much fun as the kids did.  I will have a post to share soon so check back. Thanks for visiting. Mary
