Welcome to my blog, I am so glad you stopped by. I hope you will return for another visit soon.
This month we are showcasing the Big Shot machine,
I chose to use the embossing folder Flower Garden. This is in the Summer Mini Catalog.

Here are the details:
Paper: Perfect Plum,: card
Whisper White : 1 1/2 x 5 1/4 and 2 1/2 x 5 1/4
 Subtles Patterns Stack of Designer Paper: 1 1/4 x 5 and 2 1/4 x 5
Ribbon: 5/8 Whisper white Organza  (9.5 inches)
Embossing Folder: Flower Garden
Sanding Block

After running the DSP through the Big Shot I taped it down to the white paper before using the sanding block on the flower. If you don't then the DSP tears easily.

My second photo shows the card with a greeting. Just a simple Thinking of You.
I used a scrap of Whisper White paper and Perfect Plum ink.
I used the Word Window large punch and then using the Mat Pack and the paper piercing tool I punched a hole in the end and strung it with the White Baker's Twine. I then tied it on the ribbon and let it hang down.

My card is very simple and easy and can be made in any color. Make some up and leave the greeting off so you can grab one when needed to write a personel note inside.

Thanks again for stopping by.

Your next stop on this blog hop is Brenda Hugar at Brenda's Stampin Corner:http://brendasstampingcorner.blogspot.com/

Mary, beautiful card. Loved the hint to attach the DSP before sanding -- how come I didn't think of that -- duh. Wonderful idea, TFS.
